Holistic + Integrative Psychotherapy
Virtual Psychotherapy that feels like
coming home.
My work is rooted in a holistic, integrative perspective. I believe healing happens when we consider the whole person — your thoughts, emotions, body, relationships, history, and inner world — rather than focusing on symptoms alone.
In our work together, I draw from traditional psychotherapeutic frameworks while integrating somatic practices, mindfulness, attachment-informed care, and creative processes when helpful. This allows us to move beyond insight alone and gently support shifts at the level of the nervous system and lived experience.
Because no two people are the same, therapy is collaborative and tailored to you. Some sessions may center on processing and reflection; others may incorporate body-based awareness, guided imagery, or creative exploration. Whether we are working virtually or in person, the intention remains the same: to create a grounded, attuned space where all parts of you are welcome.
I want you to know:
Change is possible.
Healing is not about fixing what is broken — it is about reconnecting you to your inherent resilience, wisdom, and capacity for growth.
