Each therapy relationship totally is unique. My goal is to offer a warm, grounded, and nonjudgmental space where we can explore who you are, how you experience the world, and what you’re wanting support with. Our understanding will grow through conversation, reflection, and often noticing what’s happening in the body and beneath the surface. I’ll listen deeply and also ask questions (I am not a silent therapist!), share observations, and help name patterns or beliefs that may be influencing your life.
Some days you may arrive with something clear to explore, and other days you may feel unsure of what to say. Both are welcome here. Therapy can include moments of clarity and meaningful shifts, as well as quieter, more gradual changes that unfold over time.

My rate is $200 for individuals and $225 for couples for a 50-55 minute session. I have intensive-style session options as well. A portion of my availability is devoted to sliding scale clients, reach out if you are interested in this option.

I do not accept insurance and am an out-of-network provider. This means I do not bill insurance companies directly. After each session, I can provide a receipt (called a superbill) that you can submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement, depending on your out-of-network benefits.
I recommend contacting your insurance company before starting therapy to ask about your out-of-network mental health coverage. Payment is due at the time of each session, regardless of insurance reimbursement. I am happy to help with this process.
